We are currently seeking a Kitchen Staff Member to join our food and beverage operations. In this role, you will support the Head Chef and be involved in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Motivated to build a new restaurant from scratch together with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager
Willing to challenge conventional ideas and create diverse dishes tailored to different customer groups and times of day
Passionate about contributing to local revitalization
Able to commute during the winter season (around Sekiyama, Myoko City)
Required Skills & Experience
Required
Experience working in a restaurant kitchen
Japanese proficiency
Preferred
Management experience in the food service industry
Experience as a food coordinator or in menu planning and food presentation
