Echigo Showman is a company that produces and nurtures a wide range of businesses in collaboration with local partner companies and independent operators, while overseeing place-making initiatives across the entire town.
As part of our service business, we provide vacation rental (minpaku) management and operational support services.
For this position, we are seeking someone to take responsibility for the overall facility management of non-owner-occupied vacation rental properties.
Key Responsibilities
•Regular inspection and maintenance of buildings and facilities
•Responding to guest needs during stays and handling emergency situations
•Snow removal during the winter season
•Grass cutting and pest control during the summer season
Other seasonal maintenance tasks required to keep properties safe and well maintained. This role involves a wide range of hands-on tasks essential to ensuring the safety, comfort, and proper operation of each property.

Capable of appropriate reporting, communication, and consultation according to the situation

Able to travel locally during winter (around the Sekiyama area of Myoko City)
Required Skills & Experience
Required
Practical experience in facility or building management
Japanese proficiency
Preferred
Relevant qualifications such as Boiler Technician, Boiler Maintenance Engineer, Electrician, or Building Maintenance Engineer
