Echigo Showman is a company that produces and nurtures a wide range of businesses together with local partner companies and independent operators, while overseeing placemaking initiatives across the entire town.

As part of our service operations, we provide management and support services for private lodging accommodations (minpaku).
For this role, we are seeking individuals to take charge of overall cleaning operations for unattended minpaku properties.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning of common areas and guest rooms

Bed making and linen handling

Waste sorting and disposal

Replenishment, ordering, and inventory management of cleaning supplies and amenities

Through careful and thoughtful work, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests visiting the Myoko–Sekiyama area.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Someone who values cleanliness and can work carefully and thoughtfully for the comfort of others

Someone who wishes to contribute to the revitalisation of the local community

Able to travel during winter conditions (around the Myoko / Sekiyama area)

Required Skills & Experience

Required

Basic cleaning skills

Japanese proficiency

Preferred

Experience cleaning hotels or traditional inns (ryokan)

Experience working at a linen or laundry facility
