Your main responsibilities will include bread production, new product development, and customer service for takeaway sales.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Motivated to build a new bakery shop from scratch together with the Bakery Manager
Willing to challenge conventional ideas and create diverse bakery products tailored to different customer segments and times of day
Interested in contributing to the revitalisation of the local community
Able to commute during the winter season (around Sekiyama, Myoko City)
Required Skills & Experience
Must-have
Experience in bread baking and/or bakery sales
Japanese profiicency
Preferred
Management experience in the food service industry
Experience as a food coordinator or in product development
